If you do not win a vehicle your deposit will be returned to you within 5 - 7 business days.
A late/storage fee of $75/day will apply. Johnny Cash auto auction will not recognize any claim for theft or damage. After the sale, vehicles that remain on our lot are at the buyer's risk.
